At Grace Woodrow, we stand behind each of our diamonds, rings, and fine jewelry that will last you a lifetime. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, simply return the item within 35 days for an exchange or full refund.

 

Please note that the returned items must be in their original and unworn condition, include all original certificate and documentation.

 

The following items are nonreturnable:

 

  • Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized;
  • Items that have previously been exchanged.;
  • Items shipped over 30 days ago.
  • Items that became damaged or defective after delivery. (If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and call us at 1-206-909-7300.).

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. Return Authorization Code: Emails us at service@gracewoodrow.com to let us know that you would like to return or exchange your item. We will give you a Return Authorization Code and1. free FedEx shipping label. Please be sure to write the RAC in the original invoice that we have sent you. (Complimentary return shipping label can only be provided to customers in the USA and Canada.)

Packing your return: For all returns and exchanges, include all original packaging, collateral material, the invoice and all diamond certificate and documentation in their original, unworn condition and accompanies by all original documentation. For security reasons, do not write jewelry, diamonds or other related words anywhere on the package.

  5. Shipment and insurance: Insuring your package is extremely important. Please also make sure to get a tracking confirmation for your order.

  7. Refund: Upon receiving the package, our quality assurance team will review the item. Upon their approval, we will issue a refund within two weeks in the original payment method (wire transfer will be refunded with a company check.)

Please follow the return instructions exactly as specified to prevent failure of refunding your order. We will refuse receipt of improperly packaged and/or uninsured packages. We will not be responsible for losses or damages during shipment.
